The tour starts with looking at artifacts from the cave and a timeline of Swahili history. History going back to the beginning of our story as humans originating in East Africa. Cross a small bridge and walk down a few stairs to enter an underground oasis. Discover the ancient limestone cave known as “Kuza Cave” and crystal clear healing mineral water pool that have been found human & animal bones from 2000BC along with some food preparation utensils. It a sacred place to the forefathers of Jambiani residents and it is a 50 meter round sinkhole in the middle of a small jungle in Jambiani.
